Fast DDS reaching the highest quality level: QL1!

We are pleased to announce Fast DDS is reaching QL1.

During the last month we have been working very hard on increasing the code coverage, the last step we were missing to declare QL1. We now have a code coverage policy in place, and any contribution should maintain or increase the Fast DDS code coverage.

We are proud to offer to the ROS 2 community the best Fast DDS release up to date:

• Highest Quality Level: QL1!
• Best performance.
• Plenty of features available. The most complete.
• And super cool features and tools are coming for galactic!

Actually, the requirements for QL1 are exigent. We did a strong effort in code coverage, but also, we spent a lot of hours adding more content and polishing our docs.

We have now also ROS 2 tutorials and a cool section for the typical use cases.
