Is there any plan to apply Google Season of Docs from OSRF or other institutes?

@caguero Nice, please consider having “Trasnalte to Japanese” project in the list? I have confirmed we could have translation project (https://seasonofdocs.slack.com/archives/CG1G4MQ11/p1554260146035700), and actually the Japanese wiki pages are too old, missing latest updates including ROS2. I could be a mentor for that.
