Loading start/goal from .csv file in Autoware

Hi Team,

I have been working with the OP_GLOBAL_PLANNER in Autoware. It is successfully able to take start and goal from RVIZ. But, as it was mentioned in the documentation that this can be inputted by using a .CSV, wanted to know what are the steps to achieve it.
