[Middleware Working Group] Update to schedule for default middleware selection report

We’ve been working on collecting data for the TSC so it can vote on the default rmw implementation to be used in Galactic, and we had planned to circulate the report with the working group on Thursday.

However, we’re going to slip that a few days to give us time to process the feedback from the community and to collect more data. Now we’re planning to share it on or shortly after the middleware working group meeting on next Wednesday. We can discuss it then (if it is available), but I’ll plan to schedule a special meeting to take questions about it some time after that.

Hi All, As part of the ROS 2 distro planning process the TSC plans to re-evaluate the default ROS middleware layer that ships with each ROS 2 distro.
