Navigation Documentation Website moved to navigation.ros.org

Hi All,

I just wanted to let you know that the documentation website for navigation is moving from ros-planning.github.io/navigation2 to navigation.ros.org. The base URL will redirect to the new website but the individual pages may be dead links.

Please make sure to update your workflow to check the new website (hosted here).

Nice site :+1:. Especially like the accordions.

Would it be an idea to add a link/button somewhere which points to the sources (not the sources of the navstack, but of the documentation)?
