This is the last sync of ROS 2 Rolling Ridley on Ubuntu 22.04. As of this sync all rolling releases will be held while we execute the migration to 24.04.

It’s recommended to hold off on making new Rolling releases until the first Rolling sync on 24.04 has been announced since the migration can take some time and bloom releases won’t properly target the new distributions until the migration results have been merged.
