Port of gazebo_ros_2Dmap_plugin to ROS 2 Humble

Hey ROS 2 community,

There is a cool project I just ported to ROS 2. It helps you avoid the hassle of exploring and mapping a complex environment by converting a Gazebo world to a 2D map for nav2 map server.
