Hello everyone!
As we reach midnight 2024-04-08T07:00:00Z all RMW packages will be feature frozen in preparation for the upcoming Jazzy Jalisco release on May 23rd. This means that we will no longer be accepting additional features to the RMWs, which include rmw_fastrtps, rmw_cyclonedds , rmw_connextdds; as well as their vendor packages, Fast-DDS, Fast-CDR, cyclonedds , and iceoryx.
Bug fixes to the RMWs will still be accepted.
We are still accepting features in the ROS 2 base packages until April 15th, when we’ll do an overall feature freeze.
