[Webinar] Leveraging Open Standards to Build Extensible Robotic Systems

Hi all. I wanted to share the information for a free, upcoming joint webinar hosted by ICS (a software development company that has extensive expertise in UI/UX and Qt development), where I will be speaking about some of the work we are doing at Mission Robotics to build an extensible marine robotics platform.

The first part of the webinar will consist of a short presentation by ICS covering the use of Qt in embedded systems development, and some of the features it exposes to design user-extensible front-end interfaces. Following that, Mission Robotics will present, covering both extensibility within the software running on embedded robotic systems (primarily achieved through ROS2 and DDS) as well as within client software that interacts with these systems, allowing low-code and low-expertise paths for end users to create new UI elements and controls.
