Maritime Working Group Meeting Sept 24: Show-and-Tell

This month, we will have a show-and-tell style meeting in which speakers will give a short talk on a project that they would like to present to the community. Speakers currently signed up to present include:

  • Edward Morgan (Louisiana State University): presenting diff_uv, a library for differentiable underwater vehicle dynamics
  • Nathan Figueroa (Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution): presenting lessons learned at the WHOI ROS 2 Hackathon
  • Jay Herpin (Chance Maritime Technologies): presenting the MC-40 Long Endurance Hydrographic Vessel depicted in the image below

We are still looking for 1-2 additional speakers. If you have a project that you would like to present at this meeting, please consider signing up here.

Any chance we could sneak in a brainstorming session for the next gazebo. Just ask the community for ideas.
