Online workshop: Get ROS2 Industrial Ready

Dear ROS developers,

With the demand for ROS2 learning on the rise, we will be hosting three 3-day, expert-led, practice-based Get ROS2 Industrial Ready online workshops in July. You will learn how to create basic programs in ROS2, use the Nav2 navigation system and perceive and grasp objects using MoveIt2.

You will use two real robots to learn ROS2:

  1. RB-1 BASE - Warehouse Logistics Robot (developed by Robotnik)
  2. UR3e Robot Arm with OnRobot Gripper

This training is designed for:

  • Robotics developers who need to run their robots with ROS2
  • R&D teams that need to learn ROS2 fast
  • Robotics teams that want to transition from ROS1 to ROS2
  • Researchers that need to use ROS2 for their research
  • Technical leaders who are considering using ROS2

The training will be held on the following dates:

  • July 20 - 22, 2022, daily from 9:00 to 17:00 Central Daylight Time (CDT)
  • July 20 - 22, 2022, daily from 9:00 to 17:00 Japan Standard Time (JST)
