ROS News for the Week of April 1st, 2024
This week saw the release of MOLA, a Modular System for Localization and Mapping into ROS 2 Iron. The source code can be found here. The MOLA binary packages are available in the latest update to ROS 2 Iron Irwini.
NVIDIA labs teased their new Foundation Pose Library for CVPR 2024 a few months back. This week they released the source code for Foundation Pose. Word on the street is that they’ll have ROS hooks for it really soon.
Who doesn’t like piping hot and freshly baked ROS Docker container? @sloretz has been in the kitchen cooking up a pipeline to build ROS Docker Images every week!
